Ray-Ban cranked up the volume with Volume Máximo — a bold internal sales campaign designed to turn everyday selling into a high-energy competition.
We were tasked with creating a visually striking, responsive desktop and mobile platform that became the campaign’s backstage pass — where salespeople could track rankings, log their wins, and get pumped with training content.

The mission was to merge style and function. The interface needed to echo Ray-Ban’s iconic, confident aesthetic while staying clear and easy to use for a wide audience. We had to make information about rules, prizes, and performance instantly digestible, while keeping users excited to come back every day.
results.
The platform didn’t just host the campaign — it fueled it. Real-time rankings, bold visuals, and engaging content kept the competition alive, motivating teams and amplifying participation. The result? A measurable boost in engagement and sales, with more than half of participating stores exceeding their targets.
